Service Milestones

I designed and implemented service milestone and retirement recognition experiences that honored long-term contribution, created consistency across departments, and ensured meaningful closure at key career moments. 

Context

Service milestones and retirements are emotionally significant moments, yet experiences were previously inconsistent and heavily dependent on individual managers, leading to uneven recognition and missed opportunities for appreciation. 

The Challenge
