Employee Experience Activation

Activated employee experience and recognition strategies by driving adoption, reinforcing values, and translating strategy into everyday behaviors for employees and leaders. 

Context

Organizations had defined employee experience and recognition strategies, but adoption was uneven and often perceived as programs to run rather than behaviors to practice. 

The Challenge

  • Leaders lacked consistent ways to reinforce desired experience behaviors
     
  • Communication was episodic and disconnected from real employee moments
     
  • Recognition was seen as a program rather than a culture signal

  • Narrative approach aligned to strategic pillars and lifecycle moments
     
  • Recognition stories that highlighted real behaviors, teams, and impact
     
  • Leader communication tools to reinforce behaviors consistently
     
  • Repeatable campaign rhythms to sustain momentum beyond launch
     
  • Integrated messaging across channels to make strategy visible in daily work

Results & Impact

  • Increased engagement and recognition participation from 46% to 77%, depending on initiative and organization
     
  • Shifted perception from one-time programs to sustained cultural practices through leader enablement and storytelling
     
  • Strengthened leader confidence in reinforcing experience and values-based behaviors
     
  • Sustained engagement beyond launch through repeatable rhythms, sequencing, and narrative consistency
