I led the design and scaling of enterprise recognition and engagement programs in a high-volume, global environment supporting a workforce of more than 250,000 employees. The work reinforced leadership principles, improved participation, and enabled leaders to consistently recognize performance and impact at scale.
The organization supported a large, distributed frontline workforce operating in fast-paced, high-turnover environments. Recognition and engagement strategies needed to scale across regions, align to leadership expectations, and support safety, performance, and retention priorities without adding operational burden.
