I led the design and execution of an enterprise listening and pulse strategy for a large, frontline-heavy organization. The approach captured timely feedback, translated insights into prioritized action, and helped leaders respond with clarity and accountability in high-turnover environments.
Engagement surveys are a critical strategic tool for understanding sentiment across large, distributed, frontline-heavy workforces. Without a clear strategy for design, interpretation, and leader enablement, survey results often become static reports rather than drivers of prioritized action and business outcomes.
This engagement strategy was intentionally integrated with broader employee experience efforts, aligning sentiment measurement with strategic priorities and action planning.
